Rockland Chavivim Welcomes Nine New Members as Call Volume Increases
Rockland Chavivim has recruited nine new members from across Rockland County to strengthen the division's emergency response capability. The expansion is aimed at broader geographic coverage and faster response times.
Areas including Chestnut Ridge and Pomona were emphasized during the recruitment drive, reflecting increased call volume in those communities. Coordinator Mordechai Braun: "With the increase in calls throughout Rockland County, it became clear that we needed to expand our membership."
The new volunteers are expected to improve response efficiency during peak hours.
